About Us

TriggerTech is a small family business established to provide much needed friendly computer support services to small businesses and home computer users. The business is operated out of our home so there are no expensive overheads (other than my partner). Services are offered on a time and materials basis and our rates are more than competative.

Over the past 20 years I have worked with major organizations in IT and have recently been involved in the not-for-profit sector providing IT support and consultancy dealing mainly with Windows 2000 based server technology and Windows 98, 2000, and XP clients. My skills and knowledge come from years of hands-on work with a diverse range of systems and operating systems. We do not offer programming services as we concentrate primarily on systems support and troubleshooting.

Our aim is to provide high quality friendly support services while ensuring timely responses to requests for assistance.
